K-PASS introduced in May 2024 to reduce the burden of public transportation costs. As of February 2025, the number of subscribers exceeded 3 million.
- Through the system, public transport users can receive a refund of between 20% and 53.3% of their public transport fare.

- To receive a refund, you must ride public transportation at least 15 times per month, and the refund will be for up to 60 rides per month and 2 rides per day
- Foreigners with an alien registration card can receive benefits by issuing a K-Pass card and registering as a member on the K-Pass app.
