On February 11, MOLIT Minister KIM Yun-duk visited a national expressway site in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, to inspect on-site preparedness for winter snow removal operations and to encourage field personnel, amid growing concerns over icy-road accidents during the winter season caused by sudden and extreme weather fluctuations.
