At the inauguration ceremony held in Sejong on 3 December 2025, Vice Minister for Land and Infrastructure KIM Yi-tak of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT) presented the Ministry’s key policy priorities for the coming term as follows: ensuring housing stability; constant management of the housing market and rigorous action against real estate-related crimes, including Jeonse fraud affecting young adults by robust preventive measures; balanced national development; safety first at construction sites, and modernizing national land and transport infrastructure through advanced technologies based on AI.
