UAM Law to be the Most Regulation-free in the World

MOLIT Minister WON Hee-ryong attended the “1st Future Aviation Strategy Forum” hosted by Korea Aerospace University on Wed. 22 March, and had a time to communicate with around 100 related people in the aviation industry from all over the country on the “Status of Policies for Commercialization of UAM in 2025”.
Minister Won, who delivered the forum’s keynote special lecture, said, “Through UAMs, the sky over urban centers, which was a forbidden area in the aviation field due to safety and noise issues, has finally been opened.”, and he opened the special lecture by expressing that he tried to include as much policy information as possible that many companies challenging the commercialization of UAMs in 2025 were curious about.
