The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT, Minister WON Hee-ryong) held an Aviation Talks* with the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in Seoul on 12~13 October to agree on the increase of international air traffic rights** between the two countries.
* (Chief Delegate) Director General for Aviation Policy in MOLIT & Deputy Director General in GCAA, and more
** (Traffic rights) The right to determine the number of weekly flights set by agreement between the two governments.
