The 4th Working Committee Meeting on Cooperation in the Field of Transport between Korea and Malaysia was held to exchange transport

policies such as public transportation and logistics going beyond government-to-government exchanges with networking events for clients

to carry out practical bidding support activities

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT, Minister PARK Sang-woo) held the ‘Korea-Malaysia 4th Working Committee

Meeting on Cooperation in the Field of Transport’ with the Ministry of Transport Malaysia in Putrajaya, Malaysia on Tuesday 27 August to

share key policies in the transportation sector and strengthen cooperation on transport infrastructure such as railways and public

transportation systems.

Back in 2019, the MOLIT signed the ‘MOU of Korea-Malaysia Transport Cooperation’ with the Ministry of Transport Malaysia to establish a

cooperative relationship covering all aspects of transport. Since then, the two countries had held three times of high-level transport

cooperation meetings* to keep sharing policy implementation status in areas of mutual interest such as high-speed rail and mobility.
