The Korea Architecture and Landscape Excellence Award is to foster and enhance the nation’s architectural related quality by discovering
and encouraging best practices in the designated field, being held annually since 2009, co-organized by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure
and Transport (MOLIT, Minister PARK Sang-woo), Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements (KRIHS), and Architecture &
Urban Research Institute (AURI). This year’s 16th Award Ceremony was filled with the following 24 prized projects (here are only top 10
awards described) out of 88 acceptances in 8 categories.
